- How many days does it take to receive an offer for my clothes?
- You will receive an offer on average within 1 - 2 business days after we receive the clothes.
- I live near your office and would like to bring clothes instead of shipping. What should I do?
- It is possible to bring clothes to our office. To bring clothes to our office, an offer must be created first. After that, contact our customer service to arrange a date for bringing the clothes.
- Can I bring clothes to your office and get an offer on the spot?
- Clothes can be brought to our office by appointment. Please contact our customer service first to arrange a date. However, we cannot provide an offer on the spot; we need to inspect the clothes separately. This usually takes about 1 - 2 business days after receiving the clothes. Our premises are not intended for customers, and we cannot process clothes directly on-site.
- I rejected the offer and want the clothes to be returned to me. What should I do?
- To send the clothes back to you, we charge handling and shipping fees. Handling fees are 6.90 CHF, and shipping fees are 11.90 CHF. Shipping fees consist of Swiss Post's fixed service fee, which is 5CHF, plus the weight-based price of the package. The fees must be paid before we can process and return your clothes.
- I am not satisfied with the offer but would like to negotiate the price. What should I do?
